I proudly present to you; a fabulous Rarity theme for your iPhone or iPod Touch! :squee:

You need a Jailbroken device to use this theme.

This theme will work with iOS 4 and 5, it will also work on a device with or without a retina display!

Unfortunately this theme will not work on an iPad; however it might in the future!

Known issues:

On iOS 4 the Cydia, Winterboard, Mail, Calendar and Weather icons might not apply.

On iOS 4 the iBooks icon might have a black background.

Enable SummerBoard Mode if either of these issues happen!

Great theme! Few questions though:
Where can I get the image for the background? I have it installed but when I click on folders the background morphs into whatever my bg was before.
Also, do you know how to code themes for messages? If so, it would be awesome to try and do a Rarity message theme..

If you have iFile installed (it's free off Cydia) then you can go to '/Library/Themes/Rarity Wallpapers' Now tap the image you want (@2x means it's a retina image) and click 'Image Viewer'. That will open the image, now click the button that looks like a folder with an arrow on it, that will add the image to your camera roll and then you can set it as your background like you normally would :) Hope this helps. If all else fails, just ask which images you need and I can send you them.

At the moment I don't know how to theme things outside of the SpringBoard, I am looking into it though :D

Awesome, thank you!

I was thinking about creating a dynamic MLP theme (I would do Rarity but for all the time spent it would be better to create a universal), and I think with the help of r/mylittlepony and any other coding bronies it could be possible! I'm talkin' phone dialer, complete message theme, etc. If you're interested in helping (since I know nothing about themeing) then I'd be glad to hear some advice.

Yeah I'd be quite happy to help! I someone makes the icons and SpringBoard bit's I'd be quite happy to do all the naming conventions and folders and shiz since I know where all that stuff goes now :D

If the icons are just going to be re-sized vectors then I can help there as well. I'm not good enough with Photoshop to do anything ambitious sorry :(

Hehe, I didn't like Rarity very much in the 1st season but I'm really starting to like her in season 2. A few people have been asking me to make Android versions, I really should get off my arse and look into it, but I'm so lazy!

I know what you mean, I didn't like Rarity in the beginning of the first season, either. Then later on, I started to like her more, and now, she's my most favorite character. :D
